We ship our designs worldwide. International shipping is available via DHL and Australia Post. We charge fixed price for shipping $15.00.
Please note the delivery time is 7- 21 days from the date your parcel is shipped. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped.
All parcels require a signature upon receipt of delivery. Delivery of an order will be attempted three times with a delivery card left upon each attempt. If delivery of the parcel cannot be made, they will make contact in an attempt to arrange redelivery with you.
If the courier company is not contacted within 7 days of the item being returned to the depot, the item will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will be notified.
Redelivery is charged in addition to the original shipping fee and calculated based on reconfirmed delivery address, the number of purchased items and parcel weight.

We highly recommend all customers to check their order is correct before finalising as we do not provide refunds for change of mind. We will offer a refund or credit only if the purchased item is faulty or incorrect item is shipped within 7 days of delivery if:

• The garment has not been worn, altered and/or washed and is in a resalable condition.
• The garment has not been damaged whilst in the customer’s possession.
• The original tag is attached to garment.

Failure to comply with these requirements will cause your refund to be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days of us receiving the item and the refund being approved.
